Better Man

Those are the best examples displayed by our prophet to be followed by all Muslims in this world, but why the nowadays Muslim society lacks of it? I think that most of us are too dependent while at the same time feel more superior to others. We don’t want to do a thing by ourselves as long as there are other people who can do it for us.

Most husbands do not help his wife doing the house-chores if the wife never asks for it and if she does ask for a help, it is hardly to be fulfilled without listening to the husband’s nags first. He will forever think that his wife is very capable doing those “female’s jobs” – sewing and patching the clothes, preparing the meals, washing the dishes – so why bother to do such things? For me, those actions do not lower a man’s position as a leader, not a bit. Instead, the actions raise his noble position both in the eyes of human and the Almighty Creator, provided that they are done sincerely.

It is not that the ladies are incompetent of performing the chores since now we can see that females are actually tougher than males for females; with their limited capacity, can do what men usually do. It is a matter of mutual virtual humane relationship which is built between souls and consequently lightens the hearts.

Only a proactive human can help those who are in need sincerely. To be proactive, one must first be sensitive to the surrounding environment. Sensitive alone is not enough if it is not followed by the innermost awareness to be reactive towards the changes sensed before. The reaction is said to be executed proactively when one performs it willingly, not under the order or influence of any person. These have to be done repeatedly in order to accomplish the development of a proactive man.

Can we do that? Of course we can if we train ourselves with volunteerism. Volunteerism, as the name implies, is not an obligation but having it instilled in a human being is a sort of aid which can generate rewards for the doers later in the hereafter. Volunteerism must be practiced because it can’t merely be developed just within a minute. It is indeed a way to be a beneficial creature, a better man.

Best arr kate2nye..menusuk jiwa! Moga-moga menjadi panduan untuk semua.

Sekiranya kita cinta kepada manusia

Tidak semestinya manusia cinta kepada kita

Tetapi sekiranya kita cinta kepada Allah

Nescaya cinta Allah tiada penghujungnya

Amin Ya Rabbal Alamin..

Everything is made in pairs

(From “Qur’an & Science: Compatible or Incompatible?” by Dr. Zakir Abdul-Karim Naik, publication of MACMA)

“And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah)” [Al-Quran, Adh-Dhariyat (51): 49]

This refers to things other than humans, animals, planets and fruits. It may also be referring to a phenomenon like electricity in which the atoms consists of negatively- and positively-charged electrons and protons.

“Glory to Allah, who created in pairs all things that the earth produces, as well as their own (human) kind (male and female) and (other) things of which they have no knowledge” [Al-Quran, Yasin (36): 36]

The Quran here says that everything is created in pairs, including things that the humans do not know at present and may discover later.
